Bike ride
John and I have had bikes for about a year now, we decided this summer that we are actually going to ride them. We went out last week and decided to ride until we were too tired to go any further. We got pretty far, about 2 miles, when we turned around to come back home. Hannah sits in her seat on the back of John's bike and she really seems to be enjoying it more. I got her some sunglasses and she loves to wear them. We put her sunglasses on and her helmet, so she looked great, and she didn't mind wearing either of them. When we got home we took off her helmet but she wouldn't let us take off her sunglasses. She wore them for about an hour around the house. She looks so cute in them so I let her wear them if she wants to.

This last picture is of Hannah telling me what a butterfly does. She is clearly just humoring me so that she can get back to reading her book with her dad.

Camping
Last weekend we went camping in Logan canyon. This was Hannah's first camping trip, and the first trip with our new tent. We went up friday night and while setting up our tent we realized, it is HUGE. We love it though. We had so much fun camping. We went fishing and cooked smores. Hannah did so good sleeping in the tent. She likes to eat rocks though, and the last day she kept trying to leave the campsite. We got a little cold on saturday night, but our next camping trip will be in July so it will be a little warmer. Hannah had a great time playing with her cousins Dizzy, Spam, and Banani. and also, Neckface rocks.

May???
Where did May go? I blinked and its gone. weird. Anyway, I welcome June.
Hannah and I love to play outside so I am glad the warm weather is here. We planted flowers in the yard a few weeks ago. I tried to put flowers in the dirt and Hannah succeeded in pulling the dirt out of the pots and covering the porch. She was loving the fact that I was telling her not to do it, I think that was the best part. I would tell her to stop, she would grin and drop another handful.
Hannah is learning so many new things, one "fun" thing she does is talk, all the time, non stop. I love her little kid accent though, so I just listen and encourage her. I don't know how many words she knows but she will try to say anything you say. She loves to read and will mimic the words in the book, she also loves to dance and will mimic the words that I sing to her. We always have the radio on in the car and she is usually dancing along with me. She is starting to string words together and will tell me "that's funny" and "stop that." She can also tell you where her nose, eyes, mouth, ears, head, fingers and toes are. She knows her animals, but she will tell you that they all say "moo." She says it with such authority it's hard to argue. The very best thing she has learned is how to give kisses. She will give kisses to everyone, she will also blow kisses when she tells you goodbye.

As you can see, she is the child I deserve. I couldn't be more pleased.
