State Fair

I worked at the Hunter Education trailer this year at the fair so we decided we should take Hannah and show her the fair. With her love of animals we knew she would have a good time. We took her first to the fish pond and she caught 2 fish. The second fish jumped out of John's hand when he was taking the hook out. She screamed so loud and decided that she was done. She was so scared of that fish, but that was what she remembered. All weekend she would tell us "I caught a fish." Afer that we took her to ride the wee little horses. She loved that, and she is old enough to ride by herself. I walked next to her because I am not old enough to let her ride by herself.

After that we went over to a little farm activity that they do. It was a huge area that had a bunch of houses that you followed the path through all the steps of the farm process. You get an apron and a bucket and you get to feed the fake cow and pick apples, plant vegetables, comb the sheep and gather wool. At the end you "sell" all of your products at the farmers market to get money for a treat. It was really fun. Look for it next time you are at the fair.

Okay so funny! Olivia had the exact same horse as Hannah for her ride at the state fair! I LOVE IT.
